Just when I think playtime with Aaron can't be any more fun, something new, like the examples below, materializes and we all continue to smile big and laugh out loud!
We call this the Hamper Monster! He loves it and thinks it's hilarious to bump noses through the mesh after scampering around the living room a few times!
On a hot day, I busted out an actual (albeit lame) inflatable yard pool. He absolutely loves playing with water and cups/bowls/utensils and proceeded to have a very enjoyable time in the backyard. Think Duke is enjoying himself in the background? Goofy dog LOVES to roll in the grass!
All that rolling makes a dog hot and thirsty...luckily Duke is resourceful...
Aaron loves to eat and although letting him feed himself yogurt makes me cringe...I do let him for the sake of his fine motor skills. He's also quite helpful when cleaning up!
Lucky for us, the school playground is a short walk from our house. This time we took Daddy too and were able to capture some of the joy Aaron gets out of playing like a big boy...
Despite Daddy's "head start," Aaron still won the slide race!
After his bath one night, he decided to complete the usual PJ look with a few accessories...too sweet:)
Aaron really does LOVE to help us with anything and everything. He is particularly fascinated with throwing things away and "trash can" is quickly becoming his second recognizable spoken phrase! For the last couple of weeks, he's been helping Daddy with his chore...enjoy!

Holy cow that is too cute! His looks are changing again. Hate to break your heart, but he is starting to look like a kid! All that practice with helping will sure come in handy when his baby sister arrives! Way to go Aaron!!
