Our Aaron Boy

Aaron has always been a great helper. It all started with putting his diapers into his pail before he even turned one! Now he is happy to help with anything and is great at following directions and taking the initiative! Here he's helping me make Halloween cutout cookies! (Actually, I guess after he saw one demonstration of each step, I ended up helping him with the cookies!)
I think rolling the dough was his favorite part!
Enjoying a rare bite of a sweet treat (made with whole wheat flour...heehee)!
We headed out to Josh's uncle's farm to meet Josh's cousin and his family for some pumpkin picking fun! Aaron is a quiet guy when he gets into a crowd of people, familiar and unfamiliar alike. After an hour or so and a picnic lunch complete with a peanut butter sandwich (hands down his favorite right now), he warmed up a little to our fellow pumpkin friends! Here's a contemplative Aaron:

...and a patient Aaron while Matt drew a face on his pumpkin for him to color!
The final product...he was very drawn to the smallest pumpkins! It looks great on our doorstep!
A boy + wide open space =
Sweet pictures:

The youngest generation of Orahood boys...he had SO much fun playing with cousin Charlie in the backyard! I captured some great video of his insane giggles...thanks Charlie for wearing him out!
Stay tuned for pictures of Aaron's first bowling adventure! He LOVED it! I didn't have our good camera with me so I'm not sure how the pictures turned out...keep you posted!

What a big boy! Those bibs are too cute on him and perfect for a day at the farm! Did he get his hair cut? He looks so grown up! How did cookies turn out? They look great. Nice work you two!
