The main reason we bought a "fancy" camera before Aaron was born was to take our own portraits of the kids. It has always been tricky to do so, especially the older they get. This was my attempt at some (almost) one year old shots of Macie!
"CHEESE...this is all I'm giving you, Mom."
"I'm warning you...that was all I had to give you right now."
"Do you not understand what I'm saying?!"
"I'm outta here!"
So, we went and got Daddy...and managed to get a couple more sweet shots. Don't mind the background fail in the first one--of course it is the only one that she looks like she is smiling! I have not mastered editing yet;)
In other news...she loves to sign "more." See? Don't be fooled, she didn't want "more" pictures. We were asking her if she wanted puff snacks!
