The first weekend in August, we headed to Ohio to spend a few days with our great friends, the Ostrouts at their family lake house! We all had a TON of fun. An added bonus was that our time coincided with a state-side visit of one of our college roommates who now lives in Ireland! She came down to visit and it was amazing to see her and her kiddos!

Mommy even skied! I so thought I'd get super major cool points from the kids but they hardly seemed impressed! Oh well...I had a great time!
