Latest Happenings!

Thanks to an early Christmas with Mommy's family, Aaron has a great new play-dough set and spends time every day playing with it...often 3 times a day! Thanks Aunt Jess!

Bathtime continues to be one of Aaron's favorite times of day. Lately he's been enjoying some "belly swimming!" Other than that, he usually stands at the corner and mixes water and "bubbubbs" in all of his cups!

It is difficult to see in this picture, but Aaron is wearing the dreaded reindeer antlers. Duke was in the corner sighing with relief that perhaps his days of being tortured with them are over!

Grammie and Grampie Terry came to visit this weekend to kick off a new every-other-year tradition of Christmas in Indiana! We got to enjoy breakfast with Santa on Saturday, thanks to Josh's parents and their country club. As expected, Aaron is at the age where Mrs. Claus is tolerable but Santa is scary! As Josh transferred him to Santa's lap, Santa himself said: "He's not going to like me." That's an experienced Santa...he knows the age!

We followed that up with a Christmas dinner Saturday night and a tree full of presents Sunday morning! Aaron actually spent time opening gifts! He's at such a fun age! At one point, he decided it'd be more fun to hand them out. ...our little helper! Too cute:)

Here's Aaron in one of his favorite gifts! He enjoyed helping to put it together as much as he enjoys playing with it!

Every once in awhile, we get a view of all of Aaron's teeth--we get a kick out of seeing the top ones because they always surprise us! He doesn't show them often, but I caught them on camera from the perfect angle!

Aaron thoroughly enjoys brushing all of his teeth (read: chewing on his toothbrush and sucking off all the toothpaste). Here he is in his elephant towel!

Duke is proving that age is just a number and has been more energetic since the cooler weather has hit. He's still such a handsome dog!

And, finally, another belly pic. Check it out, it's a whole lotta belly--I couldn't help but crack up when I saw it from this angle!

36 weeks and counting...
