Moments in May

The warm days we've had lately have lent themselves nicely to family exercise! Fortunately, the speed I rollerblade is nearly equal to the speed Josh runs when you factor in our leg length difference (and the fact that I'm pushing the stroller)! We've had a few enjoyable "runs" with the kids in their jogger. The first time, we caught Aaron sweetly holding Emily's hand. The second time, they both fell asleep:
Precious!
Here's Aaron practicing for senior pictures someday:
Aaron loves to wake up Daddy and this time, Emily helped!
As you've learned, Aaron also loves to help Daddy with EVERYthing! Here they are changing the spark plugs:
Mother's Day was a nice day for me this year as a mother of two! I awoke first to this sweet face:
She was talking and smiling crazily...it was an incredibly sweet moment! ...Followed by another sweet moment, breakfast cooked by my favorite 2 guys:
Emily started rolling over a few weeks ago and continues to get stronger in all her movements! She LOVES toys and eagerly reaches for and grabs them when they are offered! Of course, they go straight into her mouth!
Well, after several failed attempts, we FINALLY made it to Canton to visit our friends. Josh had to work in the area and we forced all the variables to fall in line so the kids and I could accompany him. Thank you to Kelly for taking a personal day and spending it with us! It's been a long time since we've had a whole day together to just hang out...it was perfect! The boys played well together after a warm-up period. Here they are sharing the tee ball toy!
Anytime Josh comes home, Aaron has to hide. The problem is, he blows his cover before Daddy has a chance to ask where he might be! Too sweet...here's one of his "hiding" places:
Stay tuned, Josh's 30th birthday pictures to come soon!
