Happy Halloween!

Well, I'm way behind on the blog so here goes to catch up...you'll soon understand why I'm behind!

Here are the kids at the pumpkin patch this year!  We had several options near our new house and opted for a less commercialized farm...this is the same farm that the kids go pick strawberries with their grandparents.

I just love seeing my kids peacefully asleep...makes my Mommy heart smile and sigh all at the same time.

Here they are attempting to wake Daddy up...Mommy quickly lost her spot in bed!
This year for Halloween, Aaron was an army helicopter pilot, complete with Grandpa's authentic flight school helmet!  Emily was mommy-made Little Red Riding Hood.  She loves the song on the kids CD in our car called "Cupcakes and Lemonade" which tells the story of Little Red Riding Hood.  Our new neighborhood was every experienced trick-or-treaters dream!  Almost every house was handing out candy but there were few kids trick-or-treating...I think we may have had 12 kids come to our door the whole night!  Someday, the kids will appreciate it!
