"Jecka Chunky" Turns 30!

...and what happens when you turn 30 in our family?!  That's right, a SURPRISE party in your honor!  My Mom went all out for her youngest child's, and therefore final, surprise party.  The theme was Jessica's Birthday Carnival and my mom even hired a great magician!  Here he makes rounds to the guests showing some very impressive tricks!  The kids were enjoying it, though he did tease us for their exceptional behavior by questioning whether or not we had drugged them!

Despite having a crib to sleep in, Miss Macie refused to miss a minute of the action so she zoned out close to Daddy while he ate!

Partially in part to him being the only boy, and also due to his sweet nature, Aaron is quite popular with his cousins.  Mira was particularly excited to share a chair with him before the magic show!

And the show has begun...this rabbit was a crowd favorite, A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E! 

Aaron was the first kiddo called up to participate....somehow the magician pulled coins out from all over his head!  He was a good sport... 

Audrey assisted the magician in pulling coins out of thin air and dropping them into his bucket...Clink! 

And of course, the birthday girl got to help as well! 

The kids had a great time...they even braved Grammie's pool despite the chilly temperatures...what fun to swim at night together! 

To end her birthday extravaganza, the birthday girl sent up a chinese lantern...
