Well, after two and a half weeks of school, and a long weekend, Aaron decided he was ready for Daddy to take him to the bus stop. (Look closely, Aaron is carrying a drawing of a school bus that he made for his bus driver. So sweet) So, I grabbed the camera, staked out a spot in the neighbor's driveway and...
...finally captured the big guy actually getting on the bus!
After seeing Aaron off, it was time to turn our attention to our latest (pre)school attendee...Emily! For her first day of school breakfast, she chose bacon and eggs...
With some bribery, she posed for her sweet, obligatory, "before school" picture! She picked out the outfit...it said "Emily" perfectly!

Walking in to school with Mommy, Daddy and Macie was such a different experience than with our timid, nervous boy. She did not hesitate nor show any obvious nerves...she purely couldn't wait!

I'm happy to report that Emily had a great day! I got A LOT of details from her...right down to where everyone sat in relation to her and which colors of play dough her table mates chose! She's already so ready to go back!
