Blue Mountain Beach! (Part One)

Okay, again, I'm behind...I will spare you the apology!

For spring break, we hit the road for warmer weather!  On our way, we stopped to stretch our legs.  The first day, we stopped at a cavern in Kentucky where Josh and the big kids went down and learned all sorts of fun facts!

That evening, we stayed in Huntsville so we made sure to hit up the space museum before continuing on our way!

The faux moon was quite impressive!

For this exhibit, the kids attempted to use some tools while wearing space gloves!
When we arrived it was a little chilly and rainy off and on.  Thank goodness the pool was heated and the kids were un-phased by the weather!
This is the view from the balcony outside our condo.  Out that boardwalk was a lagoon.  It was really pretty and not a typical tourist-y beach town in that there was still some natural space left!
Since the weather was unfavorable, we resorted to indoor fun!  Macie honed her skills with a utensil!
And tried on Aaron's goggles in the spirit of vacation!
Still working on those skills...
Emily decided to go to the beach in her mind!
And Aaron focused on some art!
It...just...poured!

...but it gets better!
