We officially have a pacifier boy:
Not a lot of changes in the first couple weeks but we are getting a little more alert time during the morning and then again late at night. Even after midnight, when all you want is for him to fall asleep, he melts your heart with how sweet he is...just staring up at you waiting for you to tell him something amazing about himself or his world! Last night, before bed, he was fussing more than I've seen from him...he had just eaten and had a clean diaper and still wouldn't calm down. SO, I swaddled him up and hugged him in tight...he quickly silenced and fell asleep with the sweetest look of contentment on his face. He just wanted some Mommy snuggle time! I love it!

super-mom here. and not that you asked, but here's a little gem for you...wean him off that pacifier before he's a year old...otherwise you'll have what we did...weaning at 4 years old. (with captain adventure...the whole thing was quite dramatic and it was a l-o-n-g process, but it's over now.)
he is adorable! maybe we can see him sometime when we come visit aunt sawa.
