As the kids get older, coloring eggs gets more interesting...but not really less messy;)

Our neighbor friends graciously hosted a little egg hunt in their yard...so much fun for the kids!
Easter morning...looks like the Easter Bunny has been here...and all over the neighborhood as well!
The kids set out finding eggs...
Thankfully, Macie had some helpers...
She preferred playing with the eggs, instead of opening the gifts in her basket!
I'm not sure why she was so unhappy here...I think she was ready for her nap! Aaron and Emily, thankfully, were super excited about their Easter treasures!
Off to Grandma and Grandpa's for brunch and more egg/basket hunting fun!
The kids worked on a special bunny cake for dessert with Grandma!
